Level Up Live At Its "FINEST"
I'm an avid Lu Live event goer for four consecutive years now. And as I have posted on Facebook, the 4th one was a package of disappointments and epic failures.
And this, was the WORSE LU LIVE I have ever attended in my four years of gaming experience. *sad*
Going back, what happened to LU Live this year? Is it because they were merged with E-games? Or, is it because they push the event on an earlier month since LU Live usually hold its event every November of the year? Or was it really my expectations that went too high?
I can really see the difference (most especially on my yearly post!) I can see all the excitement and fun I had during the last years. But this year, IF NOT BECAUSE of my friends [FZSL / Forever Zero Guild], July 6, 2013 will be the dullest day of my life. *Exaggeration to the highest level*

FAIL GRAND CHASE DIGMAAN.
Me and my friends are Grand Chase Players. That's the online game we usually play together. I'm not a full-fledged gamer, but I'm addicted to specific games - one of them is Grand Chase. So technically, we attend Lu Live for the yearly Grand Chase tournament which they call "Digmaan". It is a much awaited live PVP - which eventually ended up re-scheduling the tournament on a later time due to technical difficulties. We players call it - "LAG". So those issues weren't solved on the spot for they have tried it several times on air. Hearing only Arme saying "The Holy Light Will Lead Us" repeatedly. Plus, additional rules came up like "no Ley summons" -- they were hoping the lag will stop. But it turns out, it didn't.
FAIL SIDE ACTIVITIES.
Are you guys really kidding me??? Check this out, the game we played under Grand Chase at the community area. Mechanics was to simply shoot the pencil inside a cup, with unlimited time. The one who shoot the pencil first, wins.
From this game, we got 3 pieces of Grand Chase power cards, which equivalent to an ordinary in-game prize. I can't stop telling myself that Level Up is trying to cost cut! My goodness.
What happened to the Grand Chase Roulette? The Poring race? The cute side games of Level Up where art thou?!

FAIL IN-DOOR PRIZES.
And where the hell is my 50.00 php worth of LU Load dear?? I paid 50.00 php for my entrance fee, so where's my load now? This was the first time we attended LU LIVE without a load! Just like what Cloud The Playboy said -- "OMG! SCAMMER! HINDI BINIGAY ANG 50php LU LOAD KO!"
In addition to that, ONE IN-DOOR PRIZE FOR ONE GAME POLICY! WTF!!!! You Level Up has cost-cutting issues - aminin niyo na! My goodness gracious!
Because of that, no more Grand Chase stub hunt for us. :( Which we believe was one of the weirdest things we do inside WTC. haha - talking to strangers and asking for their Grand Chase stubs -- that was so exciting and fun. Plus, meeting new friends! Until, Level Up took that away from us. *sad*
ENOUGH OF THIS NEGATIVITY.
Tapos na eh, so hindi na mababalikan pa. Just to summarize -- PANGIT ANG LU LIVE THIS YEAR.
On the other side, I just enjoyed the night with my friends. My FZSL friends, My Guild Mates.
Tadaaah!!! WORLD WAR FZ! :))) Hahahaha... Those are aftershocks of an EARLY BIRD..!
They went to World Trade Center by 10pm of Friday for attendance, stayed overnight (I heard they went to KFC & MOA seaside), went back to WTC by 4am of Saturday for confirmation and then they went inside the hall by 9am. So there they are! All feeling tired, borlogs and bangag all the way! That's for an in-game pet prize :)

We came all the way from Cainta to Taft, (take note: after work!) just to surprise Mariel on her very special day, her sweet 18th ♥
Mariel is my one and only sister I had. I really consider her as my sister (because she's originally my cousin). She's older than me by blood. But I'm older than her by age. We've been together since her birth. And I love her since birth *mushy.. eeew*

This was how we trolled Mariel on her 18th birthday! SURPRISE!!!!!
as a surprise birthday attack sa dorm niya. While I was preparing everything at Zarks, Nemo was trying to bring Mariel to the site, with her eyes closed! She was blindfolded while crossing the streets of Taft Avenur going upstairs at Zarks. hahaha!
What was unforgettable was, it feels like a flash mob! Everyone inside the restaurant sang & clapped their hands with us! We don't even know each and everyone inside the restaurant!That's why everything went awesome and successful that we made her eyes a little teary. ♥

Night Swimming ♥
Two consecutive Saturday nights of swimming at our Village Pool! Quality time with Nemo, I supposed. Until, we had company on our second week!
First Saturday Night!
We talked about our future, our goals and plans over the Jacuzzi. It was very relaxing.
Second Saturday Night!
Uncle Mike & Marvin joined us that night. We also saw my friend from Parish Youth Ministry (my church mates) Aia with her volleyball team. It was cool since Aia is in Poland right now. It was my last bonding night with her before she left Philippines. Bon Voyage!! ♥
We're looking forward for another night swimming together. Hopefully we could invite some of our friends too.

Remember the last time I blogged about Me as Evergreen from Fairy Tail?
Finally, I got my copies of Ms. Arianne Gonzaga's photo set of our Fairy Tail mini-fun shoot during the Cosplay Mania 2012. ♥
Evergreen Evergreen (エバーグリーン Ebāgurīn) is a 20-year-old wizard and the sole female member of the Thunder God Tribe. Using her eye magic, Stone Eyes (石化眼(ストーン・アイズ Sutōn Aizu), she can petrify others through eye contact. She wears eyeglasses to control this magic, similar to Bickslow, and uses it to hold several other female members of the guild hostage, forcing the remaining members to participate in the Battle of Fairy Tail. She can also conjure golden dust to perform various attacks such as Fairy Bomb: Gremlin (妖精爆弾 グレムリン Yōsei Bakudan: Guremurin), an explosion of ignited dust, and Fairy Machine Gun: Leprechaun (妖精機銃 レブラホーン Yōsei Kijū: Reburahōn), a projectile attack in which she rapidly fires limitless needles at her opponents. She originally joins Fairy Tail solely for her obsession with anything having to do with fairies, and covets Erza Scarlet's title of "Fairy Queen, Titania". She partners with Elfman Strauss and helps him surprise and defeat Mirajane in the first stage of the S-class exam on Tenrou Island by tricking her into thinking they are engaged. However, she fervently denies her feelings about him to anyone who brings it up.

Achie & Nemo in Paris ♥
These things that I was doing, to surprise you, to make you smile, to let you know that you mean the world to me and just to simply THANK YOU for your unconditional love. These things aren't enough to pay you back every single thing that you've done for me. Happy Valentines Nemo! Here's something I made especially for you!
When the right time has come, we're planning to have a very simple wedding with our families & closest friends - then we are going to focus on our dream Paris Tour. We want to give it all with the Paris Tour. That's what we really want to experience. So for now, I want to give something that Nemo will never forget - I'm going to bring him to Paris, something I made out to make our dreams come to life!
I draw a small map of Paris and highlighted the places we wanted to visit. So there, the artistic side of me! haha!! I drew the Louvre Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, Sacre-Coeur Basilica, Arc De Triomphe, Pantheon and the famous, Eiffel Tower.
There are so many places we wanted to visit, unfortunately -- I don't know how to put everything in one place! haha! Yes, I'm not that artistic anyway :))
Since we're "travelling", WE NEED A CAR!! So I made a race track! That's a car, with me & Nemo on it! And since I don't know where to place our car, I made a "reserved parking" sign right beside the Eiffel Tower! Sarap mangarap! ♥
Here's the backdrop! The concept was to make Me & Nemo daydream of our future. I made a speech bubble, and inside our thoughts are some of our travel photos and a little bit of Paris. I found this very cute ♥
Just in case you don't know, "CHIM" means "kiss" in chinese language ♥
I fell in love with this part, so melo-dramatic♥
Couple attach "Love Locks" to the railings of the Pont Des Arts Bridge and throw the key into the Seine as a sign of their everlasting love.
The Love Locks are one of our million reasons why we want to go to Paris. We want to attach our Love locks personally on that bridge!
So for us to make our dreams come true.....
Tadaaaaaaaah!! I made our own Love Locks! With our picture & initials on it! Hahaha! Sorry for the fail red paint. The paint doesn't stick to the metal so I tried to put on colorless nail polish - still some parts of it just got out of control. So I tried to explain it to Nemo - and let him think that it's a VINTAGE LOVE LOCK! Hahaha ♥
And instead of attaching it to Pont Des Arts Bridge (which I tried to draw, I tried to cut out paper clips to make a bridge -- still epic fail!) what we did was -- WE ATTACHED IT TO THE EIFFEL TOWER!!!! That's going to be ONE EPIC LOVE LOCK!! ♥
So there, all my preparations are done and I'm getting excited to what's going to be Nemo's reaction! haha!

Seeing him smile, is what I really wanted to see on our post Valentine's date. Just like what I said, this isn't enough to make you feel you're special. It will take a million surprises just to let you know how I unconditionally love you! Thank you for taking care of me and for making me feel loved. I love you *chim* ♥
Update! After a week, Nemo gave me a Casio Vintage watch -- and it's a couple watch partnered with his black one. Thank you so much Nemo ♥

February 14, 2013 - it was a simple celebration for me & Nemo. Since we decided to move our real Valentine's date on Sunday. Yes, I'm going to surprise him on Sunday and I asked him not to do anything on Sunday because it's my turn to make him happy on a heart-y Sunday! ♥

On the other hand, I just want to give huge hugs to the staff of Chinabank - Ma'am Chi, Grace, Joan, Anna and Sir Eds for the chocolates and pen freebies. And to one of our On-the-job-trainee - Kristopher Mactal for the Rose Candy. Thanks much guys for making me smile on Valentines! ♥

Medina-Diaz X Mutuc-Medina Nuptial ♥
It was a wedding blast for the UY side. Double wedding just got modernized this past few years! No more doves and other vintage traditions we used to see during the 90's wedding celebrations.
Anyhow....
I just want to congratulate Achie Juliet & her husband Ahiya Ivan. Their wedding was held last December 30, 2012 at Alpadi-Estate Antipolo. It was a Christian wedding. Both mass and reception were held at one venue which I think it was a practical decision. Everything went so organized since Achie Juliet works at Christine Ong-te Events as a wedding coordinator - so yeah, no sweat! ♥
Moving on, it's Achie Juliet's brother's turn!
Congratulations Ahiya Art & Achie Vangie! The Mass was held at San Sebastian Church while the reception was at The Oasis, Quezon City. Their wedding was a double celebration - it was Chinese New Year too! So I really wish that they may have all the love, blessings and luck in the world!

I Love You Dutch, Goodbye :(
This is a sad Chinese New Year for me and Nemo :(
Our precious pet, Dutch, bid us goodbye yesterday, at around 12:30 midnight. It was a very unexpected bad news I received last night, he was suffering from a virus (and I don't know what kind of virus was that) but that has made Dutch weak and lessen his appetite. Me and Nemo were having dinner with Mariel at home, until, when Nemo went home, Dutch was just waiting for him before he says goodbye... forever :'(
Dutch was our very first pet. It was my surprise Christmas gift last December of 2011 and was named after a character from the movie, Transformers. He was so cuddly, behave and so cute. A very energetic dog. I made him his own dog house themed from the Disney movie, Up. and bought him some cute clothes. He was a spoiled dog since he was our first pet. I will surely miss him. :(
I love you Dutch! Be safe wherever you are and thank you so much for making us happy even for a short period of time. Achie and Nemo will always love you. ♥
